Job #5389 -Automation Change Management Lead New Orleans, LA The Spear Group is seeking a Change Management Lead to work with our client located in New Orleans, LA. This is a contract assignment for 10 Months - and will not offer paid expenses or per diem. The rate is $56/hr to $76/hr - those willing to self- relocate are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field required; Desired: Master’s degree 10+ years of professional change management experience; deep and direct experience leading change efforts by leveraging standard methodologies and personal consulting skills Previous experience working on an Entergy project/program. • Job Duties: Plan and execute change management activities designed to help people transition through changes associated with automation. • Develop change management plans including: Stakeholder analysis, detailed tasks and schedule, training plans, communication plans, risk assessments, gap analyses, change impact assessments • User/organizational readiness assessments • Lead creation of and implement change management strategies and plans in order to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. • Work with many others in the organization to ensure change management plans are executed. • Provide direct support and coaching to management as they help their direct reports through change transitions. • Prepares materials for executive meetings • Development of Automation Journey communications and awareness materials • Develops enterprise wide reports to communicate program progress and effectiveness • Drives business engagement and adoption through employee engagement opportunities (e.g., innovation hub / innovation challenge / developer competition) • Develops and drives timely communications across the business regarding status of opportunities and results of automation efforts • Consult and coach automation teams regarding change management processes and methods. • Develops enterprise wide reports to communicate program progress and effectiveness • Drives business engagement and adoption through employee engagement opportunities (e.g., innovation hub / innovation challenge / developer competition) • Develops and drives timely communications across the business regarding status of opportunities and results of automation efforts • Oversees the Automation Ambassador network across the organization • Support automation teams in integrating change management activities into their automation development initiatives. • Lead change management activities identified in change management plans • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change through coaching, advising, and training. • Consult and coach automation teams regarding change management processes and methods. • Track and report issues associated with the execution of change management plans.Organization Distribution: |
