Owns the vision and definition of the product. This role represents the voice of the user/asset and stakeholders in the team, ensuring the product is customer focused. It creates, maintains and prioritizes product build activities providing the team with the information on what needs to be built and in what order.

Deliver product success.
Define the product and own end-to-end product development process.
Establish and communicate the vision of the product with the team and stakeholders
Decide product features
Work with strategic and experience designer to understand user personas, pain points & stories, and to set priorities for prototyping & development.
Lead process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for digital products.
Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytical tools, and A/B testing.
Partner with the team in the definition of the go-to-market strategy.
Manage product MVP build and Beta project content and timelines.
Manage Stakeholders
Available to the team to clarify understanding of requirements and to answer any questions.
Help the team make quick decisions and manage conflicting product requirements.
Ensure Central team and board are kept informed of product progress through the Product Director.
Shared Accountabilities and collaborations
Shares accountability with Agile Coach for spreading best practices throughout the team and organization.
Collaborates with team on sprint planning, impediment removal, and team velocity.

  • Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years’ experience in role with real business impact, with proven track record in product management and team management.
  • Proficiency in PC Windows environment (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Deep appreciation for how to breakdown Stories to deliver incrementally based on an MVP strategy.
  • Extensive business domain and/or IT expertise Strong knowledge of Agile rules and practices, and some experience with working in an Agile organization
  • Ability to embody the values and culture of the Agile methodology Strong communication/stakeholder management skills, experienced in working with executives and influencing across the organization. Team leadership experience
  • Project management experience with ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Willing to take initiative and creatively solve problems
  • Must be self-motivated, have high integrity and credibility and be able to work independently.
  • Must be flexible and have ability to interface with a diverse group of individuals and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented, diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition.
