This position works directly with the Change Management Team to fulfil project management duties required for the management of a large time and materials contract with a selected vendor. The individual will work with the team to collect and provide status updates to stakeholders, manage invoicing, support supplier deliverable acceptance process, provide updates to and work with project scheduler, process contract change requests, administer vendor quality survey process, and maintain Risk Register and RAID logs. This employee will work with the Project Controls team to provide necessary reporting, including providing input to keep project cost allocations and cash flows current. The project manager may also be involved in establishing and tracking metrics for employee readiness and adoption for large portfolio of projects
